CHRISTIAN M. WOLFORD

Christian M. Wolford is a General Securities Principal and Senior Vice President of Miller Capital Markets, LLC, a registered investment banking firm. He also serves as Senior Vice President of Miller Capital Corporation, one of The Miller Group of affiliated companies. The affiliated Miller group of companies includes Miller Investments, Inc. and Miller Management Corporation. Mr. Wolford has a broad range of experience related to financial analysis for investment banking and capital markets services including financial advisory consulting for merger and acquisition transactions.

He most recently served as a Market Analyst for commercial real estate projects conducting economic, demographic and investment trends for Marcus & Millichap as well as issuing industry research reports for the firm. He was an advisor to both the buy and sell side of merger and acquisition transactions for a regional investment banking firm where he participated in structuring the transaction. While at Morgan Stanley he analyzed client portfolios and developed investment strategies. He began his career with John Hancock Financial Services working directly with client accounts.

Mr. Wolford was recruited to attend the W.P. Carey School of Business Financial Management and Markets where he completed his Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Financial Management and Markets. He secured an Internship with the NASD (now known as FINRA) Institute of Professional Development while attending graduate school. His Bachelor of Science in Business Administration incorporated a concentration in Marketing.

While obtaining his Master's degree, Mr. Wolford was an active participant in the Investment Management Fund at Arizona State University and also served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for the University. He was involved in the Technology Venture Clinic for Arizona Technology Enterprises in 2004 and served on the mentor team for the Arizona Venture Capital Conference in 2002.
