JASON S. WELLER

Jason S. Weller, Esq. is Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Accounting Officer for Miller Capital Corporation, an affiliate of The Miller Group of companies. He also serves as Vice President, General Counsel and Financial and Operations Principal for Miller Capital Markets, LLC, a registered FINRA member firm and one of the affiliates organized to provide investment banking services. Mr. Weller is a licensed attorney in the states of California and Arizona and his experience includes having served as a senior staff accountant for a boutique San Diego accounting firm responsible for multiple commercial accounts. He oversees all legal matters and regulatory compliance as well as coordinating due diligence activities for Miller. In addition, Mr. Weller is responsible for treasury management and financial reporting for all Miller affiliated companies.

Prior to joining Miller, Mr. Weller ran a successful law practice with offices in Scottsdale, Arizona and San Diego, California. He represented institutional and individual clients in the areas of corporate law, real estate and estate planning. Before opening his own law firm, Mr. Weller served as Corporate Counsel and Director of Operations for Transportation Property Company (TPC), a real estate corporation headquartered in Del Mar, California. While TPC completed many real estate ventures/projects during his tenure, they managed at that time the largest industrial real estate liquidation to ever go through the United States Bankruptcy Court.

Mr. Weller is a distinguished three-time graduate of the University of San Diego. He simultaneously attended the School of Law and Graduate School of Business Administration, earning Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration degrees. He also received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree with concentrations in Finance and Real Estate from the undergraduate School of Business.
