MARY A. NANCE

Mary A. Nance is Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of Miller Capital Corporation, a part of the affiliated companies that comprise The Miller Group. She also serves as Vice President, Financial and Operations Principal of Miller Capital Markets, a registered broker/dealer and one of the affiliate companies organized to provide investment banking services. Mrs. Nance coordinates investor relations, due diligence reports, legal and accounting activities, which includes regulatory filings, on behalf of the affiliated companies and their clients. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Scottsdale Camelback Resort and is Vice President and Treasurer of the Association. She is also a member of the National Association for Female Executives.

Mrs. Nance previously held positions in public companies as Executive Vice President in charge of cash management for StatesWest Airlines, Inc., a regional airline that operated as a USAir Express carrier; Vice President-Controller for Miller Technology & Communications Corporation, a company involved in technology training, video communications, financial services and computer systems; Controller for an import/export company; and various financial positions with General Motors in their financing and insurance departments.

Mrs. Nance provides communication and Investor Relations services for client companies listed on the NYSE, Amex and Nasdaq. She prepares press releases, designs the contents of company fact sheets, media communications and executive summary presentations.

Previous positions in public companies include Vice President-Human Resources where she established one of the first self-funded insurance programs for the employee group medical program and was Director of multiple station operations in two states for StatesWest Airlines.

Mrs. Nance has been involved in various community activities providing financial and management guidance along with organizational services. She serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Grounding Point Dance Company, Inc. Mrs. Nance attended Arizona State University and completed numerous courses in the fields of management, public relations, supervision and accounting.
