RODD R. MILLER

Rodd R. Miller serves as Vice Chairman and member of the Board of the Directors of Miller Capital Corporation, one of the affiliated Miller Group companies. He is the principal of Miller Development Group, LLC which focuses on mixed-use infill real estate development. Mr. Miller offers diverse experience in both corporate finance, investment banking and real estate project management and development. He has completed extensive due diligence projects in conjunction with the preparation of business reports, valuations and fairness opinions. He has structured and closed over $600 million in real estate financings.

Mr. Miller previously held the position of Director of Acquisition and Finance for Avenue Communities and Trillium Residential, one of the largest multifamily developers in the Southwest. Additionally, he acted as the designated broker for Avenue Realty of California, Inc., Avenue Communities' sales and marketing division for California projects. His experience includes his role as Director of Land Acquisitions for SeaCountry Homes, a California residential developer. Mr. Miller also served as Senior Financial Analyst for KeyBank Real Estate Capital, a division of KeyBank, NA, underwriting equity and mezzanine investments for new residential construction, mixed-use and condo conversion projects.

Mr. Miller is a third generation Arizona native, is a member of Urban Land Institute and a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of California. He is actively involved in community outreach. He earned his BBA degree with an emphasis in Real Estate and Finance from the University of San Diego earning the magna cum laude designation.
