SCOTT L. PERKINS

Scott L. Perkins is Vice President Finance for Miller Capital Corporation and Miller Capital Markets, LLC, a FINRA member investment banking firm, which are affiliated with The Miller Group of companies. Mr. Perkins has extensive experience in merger and acquisition related transactions serving as a liaison between private equity buyers and private institutional sellers in strategic/platform mergers and acquisitions. His clients have included Private Equity Groups, Fortune Global 500 Companies and private and public corporate acquirers. His transactional valuation analysis has resulted in over $100 million in client funding.

Prior to joining Miller, Mr. Perkins was associated with a boutique investment bank that exclusively provided acquisition services for financial and strategic buyers. Previously he held management and marketing positions for Wells Fargo where he coordinated operations to optimize the banks market share and savings. When in the Business Development department of JP Morgan Chase, he monitored over 150 small business accounts while developing and implementing targeted growth plans to contribute to profitability and expansion of market share. Mr. Perkins was a Partner and served as Vice President of Sales for a retail company where he developed and financed a six store expansion in multiple states.

Mr. Perkins has been active in the Association for Corporate Growth, a global association for professionals involved in corporate growth, corporate development and mergers and acquisitions. He is a volunteer/adult leader for the Boy Scouts of America. Mr. Perkins received his BA in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from Arizona State University.
